About this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application Dayvra, published by ASSET DATA SOLUTIONS.

Effective date: 22 October 2026.

Journal information

Dayvra lets you create short journal entries and optionally associate a mood with an entry. These entries and mood selections are stored locally on your device so the app can display your journal, calendar view, search results and “On this day” memories.

Information we collect

ASSET DATA SOLUTIONS does not collect, receive, upload, sell, rent or share the text of your journal entries, mood selections or locally stored journal history in the version covered by this policy. Dayvra does not require an account.

Reminders and notifications

If you enable an evening reminder, Dayvra may use the Android notification functionality required to show the reminder on your device. Reminder settings are used only to provide the feature you choose.

Export

Dayvra can export your journal as a plain text file when you request it. The exported file is created for you to save or move using your device. The app does not upload the exported journal to our servers.

PIN protection

If you enable the optional PIN feature, it is used to restrict access to the journal within the app on your device. The PIN is not sent to ASSET DATA SOLUTIONS in the version covered by this policy.

Home-screen widget

If you add the Dayvra widget, the app may display journal content from local app storage on your home screen according to the widget design and the settings available on your device.

Ads, analytics and purchases

Dayvra does not contain advertising, analytics SDKs or in-app purchases in the version covered by this policy.

Deleting local data

You can remove locally stored Dayvra information using any deletion controls available in the app, by clearing the app’s data in Android settings, or by uninstalling the app. Exported text files that you created are separate files and must be removed by you from the location where you saved them.

Children’s privacy

Dayvra is a general journaling utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Journal content remains locally stored in the version described by this policy.

Changes to this policy

If Dayvra’s data practices change, this Privacy Policy may be updated so it accurately describes the released version of the app. The effective date above will be revised when appropriate.
